La mani\u00e8re dont une fondation fonctionne a \u00e9galement chang\u00e9. Sous la direction actuelle du conseil d\u2019administration, nous avons non seulement suivi le rythme \u2013 nous avons apport\u00e9 des changements importants \u00e0 notre mode de fonctionnement, renforc\u00e9 notre \u00e9quipe et amorc\u00e9 un virage pour attirer et faciliter plus de dons que jamais auparavant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les communaut\u00e9s que nous desservons ont la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9quiper notre h\u00f4pital local avec la technologie et les outils dont nos m\u00e9decins et nos infirmi\u00e8res ont besoin pour offrir les meilleurs soins possibles.
