Qu\u2019est-ce qui a chang\u00e9 depuis\u202f? En un mot\u202f: tout. L\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles technologies, une crise sanitaire mondiale, la mise en place des \u00c9quipes Sant\u00e9 Ontario, m\u00eame Internet n\u2019existait pas encore officiellement et la liste pourrait s\u2019allonger. Bref, l\u2019h\u00f4pital soigneusement planifi\u00e9 et construit il y a six d\u00e9cennies ne dispose plus de toutes les infrastructures n\u00e9cessaires pour poursuivre son \u00e9volution aujourd\u2019hui.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 le d\u00e9fi que nous partageons avec toute notre communaut\u00e9. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 notre nouveau Plan strat\u00e9gique sur cinq ans. Notre objectif est d\u2019imaginer l\u2019avenir des soins et services hospitaliers dans 20 ans et de poser d\u00e8s maintenant les gestes pour y arriver. C\u2019est une p\u00e9riode de renouveau et d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour votre h\u00f4pital et notre \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car ce qui n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital Glengarry Memorial, c\u2019est l\u2019engagement, l\u2019expertise et la passion qui se font ressentir d\u00e8s qu\u2019on franchit les portes ou qu\u2019on \u00e9change avec un membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. C\u2019est cette passion pour les soins, port\u00e9e par le conseil d\u2019administration et tous les d\u00e9partements, qui m\u2019a attir\u00e9 ici il y a trois ans.
