Frederique Theoret
Executive Director
Frédérique Théorêt brings over 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a strong background in operations, finance, administration, and governance. Before joining the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation, she served as Executive Director of the Centre Charles-Émile-Claude (CCÉC), a francophone senior center. There, she managed a $1M budget, led a team of staff and 100+ volunteers, and oversaw grant funding, reporting, communications, and strategic planning. She successfully increased community engagement and revenue through fundraising, events, and social enterprise initiatives.
Kim Jarencio
Fundraising Coordinator
Kim is a results-oriented Marketing professional with three years of experience in ‘community’ giving and corporate fundraising as a Donor Relations Coordinator at the Asian Institute of Management – Scientific Research Foundation. She has a proven track record of success in securing major gifts and played a key role in a successful US$2M donation drive for AIM
alumni. In her new role at Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation, she will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, steward donor relationships and prepare compelling proposals.
